1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

  • Note: We take extra care in securely packaging your floating shelves to ensure they arrive ready for installation.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders domestically to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Webster, Texas, USA.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time within the United States is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. No handling or delivery fees apply.

4. Tax Information

  • Sales Tax: Since we ship domestically within the United States, no customs duties apply. However, applicable Sales Tax may be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and state laws.

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to the United States. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
